Jonny founded Headstart HR in 2017, originally as a specialist agency providing HR, training and management consultancy services to the education sector. After a first degree in Biochemistry, Jonny completed a PGCE at the University of Cambridge and in 2016 was awarded an MBA with distinction from University College, London.​

In addition to educational settings, Headstart now provide HR consultancy services to healthcare providers, law practices, financial firms and other professional service industries.​
​
Jonny is an Associate Member of the CIPD. He has particular expertise in leadership development, project management, performance management, compliance and HR analytics.
